    Love the balance of putting forth complex physiological concepts and making them accessible for the lay person, the person who actually needs to understand their body I felt like this awakened my appetite for learning about healing the body from the inside out looking forward to reading even

    I read this book in one sitting It was full of useful information, but the patient anecdotes were the most compelling part of the book The information seems so intuitive, yet so many of us struggle to make the best choices for our health and wellness.
