    I found this book was exactly what I needed to get me motivated to get back into my training I think the EMCC diagram explains exactly what happens to me when I start an exercise program and then end up giving up This diagram may help me think twice before giving up again I need to train my mind into not giving up and to keep going forward and not backwards and if I do go back , I need to make sure I only go 1 space back and then go forward again When you feel like giving up , I suggest look at [...]
